Terms and conditions
The company Airport Transfers & Limousine Services (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) is a limousine and taxi service company. It provides its services to its clients under the conditions outlined in this document. By placing an order, the client (also referred to as the Customer) agrees to all the points stated in these general conditions. The following rules and conditions are part of the contract between the Provider and the Customer and apply to all services provided by the Provider, particularly for business or private trips or tours. Other conditions are non-binding unless they are in written form and legally signed by the Provider!
Placing an Order and Commencement of the Contract
The Customer is obliged to inform the Provider of all essential factors affecting the execution of the order, such as deadlines, the number of people to be transported, the type and volume of luggage (description of the scope of services). Additionally, the Customer must provide the following information to the Provider when placing the order: name, address, and telephone number. The contract is concluded only if the order and the scope of services are accepted and confirmed by the Provider in writing, by phone, or verbally. The agreed scope of services is part of the terms of the contract.
Prices are based on the tariffs valid at the time of service provision unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the case of agreements with a fixed rate, the agreed price applies for the agreed time of booking. If not agreed otherwise, the Provider is bound by the prices contained in its offers for 30 days from the date of the offer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are in Swiss Francs.
Payment Conditions
Generally, the Provider may request payment guarantees from the Customer after confirming the order or before the trip. If they are omitted, the previously confirmed order is considered invalid. Typically, the service rendered is paid in cash or by credit card immediately after completing the order. The order may be invoiced with a payment note if agreed upon with the Provider before the start of the journey. The Customer must pay the invoice within 10 days of receiving it. If the payment deadline is not met, the Provider has the right to charge additional expenses resulting from this delay. Any deviations from the invoicing conditions must be agreed upon in writing when placing the order. WIR, currency exchanges, or checks are not accepted.
Exclusion of Transport, Obligations, and Damages
Only individuals seeking exclusive passenger transport services are transported. Individuals posing a threat to safety and order are excluded from transport.
When using our facilities and transportation, passengers must behave in a manner required by the safety and order of operations, their own safety, and consideration for others. They must adhere to the instructions of our staff or the driver. If a passenger violates their obligations despite warnings, they may be excluded from transportation. Damages to the transportation vehicles or other damages caused by passengers must be compensated by the person responsible or our agreed partner. In case of contamination, cleaning fees will be charged separately. If the contaminator and our agreed partner are not identical, both bear joint and several liability. Liability exists even if the client is not at fault.
Customer Cancellation
If the client cancels the contract or fails to use the services of the Provider without cancellation, the Provider may request reasonable compensation for the precautionary measures taken and expenses incurred, as well as compensation for damages. The obligation to pay compensation arises even if the client is not at fault. The Provider has the right to claim a fixed damages fee. In case of cancellation made 48 hours before the agreed start of the service, the client pays 50% of the agreed price. If the service is not used without cancellation (no show), the client must pay the agreed price to the Provider without deduction.
* Please note our cancellation policy during WEF Forum Davos

In case of cancellation less than 45 days:
- In within 30 days prior the booking, we reserve right on 20% of the amount.
- In within 10 days prior the booking we reserve the right on 80% of the amount
Responsibility
Claims for damages are excluded against the Provider, as well as against its agents or substitutes, to the extent that the damage is not caused intentionally or due to gross negligence. The Provider is insured against damages to third parties. Furthermore, the liability of the Provider is limited to the agreed price of the service at most. If the client is injured, they are obliged to provide the necessary insurance information to the Provider. If the Provider is unable to meet the agreed date due to technical malfunctions, force majeure, extraordinary weather-related situations, or legal requirements (e.g., smog), the client is not entitled to the execution of the contract. The client will receive back any already made payments. In case of technical malfunction, the Provider has the right to provide a replacement vehicle. Additional claims by the client are excluded. The Provider is released from liability if the transport time is exceeded due to circumstances that could not have been avoided even with the utmost care and whose consequences could not have been prevented. Additional claims, especially for damages or lost profits, are excluded.
Notification of Damages and Limitation Period
Damage to transportation vehicles and their interior equipment, such as excessive soiling of seats, carpets, side and roof panels, and improper use of equipment by passengers, are the responsibility of the passengers. In the event of damage that is not immediately recognized, it must be reported in writing within 7 days after the end of the transport. For damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, the statute of limitations is 3 years.
Additional agreements and deviating agreements must be in written form. In case of disputes not covered by these rules and conditions, we automatically refer to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
